DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
www.bc-xs.com (“This Site”) is dedicated for Singapore and USA customer. We currently only ship within Singapore and to USA. Other location may incur addition shipment cost separately at the checkout page. For more information on shipment cost to your location, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All deliveries to United State of America (USA) or everywhere else are managed by our logistic partners, DHL/UPS.
- All deliveries in Singapore are managed by our logistic partners, Janio/NinjaVan/JTexpress.
- All deliveries rates mentioned above and at the checkout cart is exclusive of GST and custom tax duties unless stated.
- Tracking number will be notified to customer once our logistic partner has collected the parcel from our facilities.

All shipment is available for more than 220 countries unless stated.

DHL Express (live rate): Minimum 2 days (estimated delivery duration will be shown at checkout page)
We DO NOT accept refund of orders on BCXS brand personal care item (cosmetic, skin care product, makeup brushes…. etc).
- Refund will differ for other brand beauty product (exclude BCXS brand). To know more about refund on other brand product, you can contact us at email@example.com.
- To be eligible for a return for other product brand, you must contact us immediately before sending us the parcel tracking number and proof of shipment within 3 days after receiving your item. Your item must also be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.You may also need to send us a picture or image of the defective goods.
- All outbound shipping fees are not eligible for return and all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items, partial refunds or used product. If a package was confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it was stolen or you unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return for other product brand, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
