  • Are there any BCXS retail store in Singapore or USA?

    No, we do not have any retail store. We are a luxury e-commerce beauty brand.

  • Is your product authentic?

    Yes, BCXS works hand in hand with direct manufacturer and partnership with brands as their authorised seller. We will ensure that the things we sell are authentic.

  • How to be an authorise distributor with BCXS?

    For more information, please check career page or contact us at enquiry@bc-xs.com for more information. Note that we only accept distributor for BCXS's beauty product. (e.g CO2 Crystal Mask Therapy)

  • What currency do you accept?

    We accept only SGD and USD.

  • What is the difference between Standard, Expedited and DHL live rate

    For Singapore
    Standard Delivery: 4 - 7 business day
    Expedited Delivery: 1 - 2 business day

    For International (Out of Singapore)
    Standard Delivery: 7 - 14 business day
    Expedited Delivery: 4 - 5 business day
    DHL Express (live rate): Minimum 2 days (estimated delivery duration will be shown at checkout page)

    Our shipment is available to more than 220 countries. Please ensure you have key in the correct address to know the shipping rate.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, www.bc-xs.com deliver to Singapore and United State of America (USA). All other shipment out of Singapore or USA will incur additional cost (custom tax, GST, etc..) to our customer.
    To know if we deliver to your country, please state your address at the checkout to get live delivery rate.

  • Where are the orders shipped from?

    BCXS's brand is manufactured in Korea and ship to our facilities in Singapore. All shipment will be ship from Singapore.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Depending on the shipping type you have choose, it typically takes a maximum of 14 business day (not including weekends) for USA and maximum of 7 days for Singapore.
    We are unable to determine the exact time frame if there is any unforeseen circumstances during the delivery. If you do not receive your package after 14 days from purchase, please contact us at enquiry@bc-xs.com.

  • What if I receive the wrong product?

    Please contact us at enquiry@bc-xs.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and an image of the received product.

  • How can I track my order?

    Tracking number will not be available right away after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail/SMS/Whatsapp once the product is ready for shipment and collected by our logistic partner. If your tracking information was not sent to you within 2 - 3 days, please contact us at enquiry@bc-xs.com

  • What if my item went missing?

    All parcel prepared will have a live tracking by our logistic partner and you will be able to track it. If a package was confirm delivered by our logistic partners, but it was stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. For more information, please refer to 'Delivery & Refund Policy'.

  • How do I place an order?

    To order, click on "Add to Cart" on the item that you wish to buy. To remove or change of quantity, go to your shopping cart at the top right corner and adjust accordingly.

  • Where is my order confirmation number?

    Your order confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email or after checking out at the payment confirmation page.

  • Can I make changes or cancel my order after order is placed?

    Unfortunately, once you have successfully placed an order, we are unable to make any cancellation. If you have placed the wrong delivery address, please send us an email immediately with the confirmation number or proof of invoice. For more information, please contact us at enquiry@bc-xs.com

  • Can I purchase the item in bulk?

    We welcome anyone who wishes to purchase bulk item from us. For more information, please contact us at finance@bc-xs.com

  • What kind of payment method is available?

    - Atome (SGD only)

  • Why is ATOME payment not shown on my checkout page?

    To ensure that ATOME is shown on your checkout page, change the website currency to SGD. This can be found on the right side of the website.

  • What is the return & exchange policy?

  • What is there no refund on BCXS brand beauty product?

    Due to personal hygiene, we are unable to refund BCXS beauty product. However, do res assured that our product will be check for quality before sending out for delivery from our facilities

  • What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?

    To avoid this situation, make sure that you have read our cautious and ingredients on our packaging. DO NOT USE if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Please consult a doctor immediately if you are unsure or have allergy to the product.
